    Ricoh 3300 cleaning

    Hello,

Having trouble with print quality. I'm printing black on to white and after it's printed I'm left with 2 feint (but still visible) lines running vertically through the design. I'm sure it's from residual ink left on the rollers, but not sure how I clean them. I've cleaned and flushed the heads/nozzles but that hasn't solved the problem. Any suggestions?

    Thanks
    lisa

Well if it is on the rollers or path then you could try my method which is to just send an A4 document to the printer with just a single full stop on (so pretty much a blank sheet) using cheap white paper and repeat until it clears (if it is going to then you should see a difference after 10 sheets)
If a jobs worth doing it has to be Worth Doing Right

This problem is found in many Ricoh printers..You can just simply open the print tray and clean it with the spray or cleansing kit given to you and if it persist just simply re-install the software again..
