    Postal Corrugated Boxes for mugs

    Hello all,

I'm looking for Postal Corrugated Boxes for mugs to travel the world :-)
Where do you buy it ? For boxes of 1,2 and more mugs.
I would like to compare with what i could find in France.

    Thanks.

Listawood have cardboard boxes for sets of 4 and 6 mugs, not found other sellers that have them in stock to order. We use the 4 way ones.

hi, I use the following from packaging monkey on ebay

    1 mug 5x5x5 (15p each if buying 100)
2 mugs 9x6x6 (19p each if buying 100) still within small parcel within UK
    4 mugs 12x9x6 (29p each if buying 100)

All the above still require bubblewrap/loose fill.

    Thanks Flying.

Angloman, polystyrene seems to be perfect but i'm not sure we don't need to put the polystyrene box inside another box to travel.
I don't know if the shipping companies accept the boxes in polystyrene.
Angloman have you a link about these boxes ?

We'd thought about using polystyrene boxes taped together, but didn't like the environmental impact of using that type of material en-masse, or the amount of storage they would take up compared to card boxes which are recycleable and flat pack.
We also thought that having a box that was made for 4 mugs looked more professional as product packaging, than 4 polystyrene boxes taped together.
This is the 4 way Listawood box, they also have a 6 way version...

Mugs slot in nicely, and don't need extra padding.
