    I've had a Pitney Bowes franking machine for 2 years. It is cheaper than standard postage but I must say that we are looking at DMO as the charges for Pitney Bowes are excessive.
    We pay £20 rental and then nearly £7 every time we top up.
    Our bill is approx £2,000 per month as we send approx 100 items a day.

    I think we must be able to save on that. I'll let you know about how we get on with DMO when we speak to them next week.

    So I am wondering what the difference is between what I do now, with having an IPP account and DMO?

    I am NOT VAT registered or even anywhere near that league, so would it be any good to me?

    Only you can decide that.Do the math, what works for some doesnt work for everybody.
