Ricoh 330N (i think) red print issues

    Hi
I have a ricoh printer which I've been using for sublimation for about 2 years now. Just recently the reds are not as rich looking as they should be. I am not doing anything different on my items, and there is plenty of ink in the cartridge. I am using SAWGRASS Sublijet inks. I use the powerdriver when printing as I've always done.

Any ideas what I can do to improve it.

    Thanks

This has just started happening to me as well - I have the exact same set up as you.

Does anybody know if the power driver software updates itself?
