    polyester cushion fabric advice

    Hi all!

We're looking to make some cushions and to sublimate our design on one side. We are having trouble sourcing some decide 100% polyester fabric for this purpose though.

Bit of a long shot - but can anyone recommend an online supplier for material? We are looking at light grey - but the ones we've tried so far are too shiny and aren't really "cushiony".

    Thanks!
    Matt.

I did wonder about printing the grey.. but the cost is probably more in ink than the material would be. I want to try and keep it as cheap as possible. I think I just need to put some foot-miles in and visit the fabric shops. I was hoping to find something online.

    Thanks!

you need to cost it in on your products and it really depends on how much you are paying for ink our printers are wide format so ink is a lot cheaper we still manage to supply some big online names with trade prices and still turn a profit

Yeah, we're printing wide format fabrics for interiors products, and supply 50 stores around the UK with our products at wholesale prices ... professional sublimation ink is not expensive!
