Sorry to just jump in I have had the ScF500 for a year and still cannot get it to print well enough. Our supplier thinks it's a me problem.

I have the SC-F500, no matter what the team and I do it prints grainy, it has been sold to us as a sublimation printer for both ridged and textile substrates.. Has anyone had this issue?[ATTACH=CONFIG]7327[/ATTACH]
