Hello, back again after a two year break from sublimation. Has it really been that long?

I'm not too sure if I should go for the Epson B1100 or the Epson 1400.
Is their much difference in the print quality?
I notice the B1100 is a newer printer and that the 1400 has been out for about 3 years.
