Re: Newbie needing help with mug press
Miss P, similar thing happened to me. Bought a cheap printer and refill inks. Awful results so ended up buying a Sawgrass printer and inks. More expensive but great, reliable results. There are no cheap shortcuts unfortunately. Good luck!

Re: Cold water dunk or not?
<t>My mug heat press instructions recommend putting the mug straight into cold water to cool after heat pressing. I've been doing this but am now wondering if it's better to just let them cool naturally. Surely instant cooling will put huge strains on the structure of the mug?<br/>

Re: Ebay -How to crack it?
<t>I agree with this. I have a separate business on ebay selling clothes. I was starting to do well then sales fell off a cliff in about March 2015 and have not recovered, as did many others. I will be leaving there soon, I would do better with a table at a boot sale than ebay. You assume you are ...

Re: Getting an even temperature all over the mug
<t>I have been achieving some great results now I have a Sawgrass SG400 printer and most of my pressed mugs are coming out nicely. One problem thats cropping up is fading of the image at the base of the mug. I am guessing that the base of the mug will be a lower temperature than the rest of the mug ...

Re: Disabling Ricoh SG2100 driver's default profile ?
<t>I gave up in the end and bought a Sawgrass Sg400 Sub Printer. It prints perfectly. There is no point in flogging a dead horse it seems. It was partly the third party inks I was using, black even looked brown in the bottle. My advice is to spend the extra money and get a supported printer as was ...

<r><QUOTE author="Quinsfan;103176"><s>
</s>I am still learning but I am not sure if your printer can be used for sublimation as most of the ricoh models are the 3110 and use sawgrass inks with their own icc profile called powerdriver.<e>
</e></QUOTE>

Re: Disabling Ricoh SG2100 driver's default profile ?
<t>Hi there. I am new here and just embarking upon sublimation printing. I have a new Ricoh Aficio SG2100n printer with sublimation ink refillable cartidges. Am using Warna sublimation ink. Had problem of blacks coming out reddish brown on test prints, got into ICC profiles on Photoshop 2 but can't ...
