I bought this set up second hand. Would Epson still help?

<r>Hi all. Im Using an Epson WF-7610 and illustrator CC 2015.<br/>
When attempting to print a photograph for sub, it looks great on screen but prints out faded and appears to have a white ghost.<br/>
I pressed one to see how it turned out and the result was blurry and ghostly.<br/>
