Thanks Socialgiraffe for all your info, I will keep it in mind. I had a brand new set of cartridges rushed to me, and have put them in, error has gone. Its ready to go. If it wouldn't have been for you pointing out the cartridge situation, I would still be battling on, thank you

Yes UK comapny Ink4inkjet Note: cartridges did not come from this company, they came with my printer.
