I have just printed a few of the XP5005B (orca 11oz) and they have printed OK. Here's hoping the rest of my order is OK and they don't flake.

I too have had a couple of reports of destroyed coating with MDP mugs. Refunded the customer, but chalked it off to bad dishwasher loading....

Are you using a foam pad on the top? TBH we gave up trying to sublimate acrylic blocks years ago as the quality plummeted, we only UV now.

Maybe an older version of CorelDraw if you're uses to that?
