It sounds to me like it has the same surface as the Photoluxe products. I used to print the small rectangular plaques which should be the same.
Looking on Xpres poster guide it says 200c for 50 secs (please check the poster in Gallery pics)

I use to tape the image around the plaque to stop it moving and ghosting.

Good Post Justin,
Anyone know if there is a Heat Transfer blanks supplier in the UK as I also have a pigment ink setup in mothballs in the attic :D

Are your inks installed Goldrapt? Only reason I ask is sublimation inks ned to be exercised regularly to avoide blockages. What system is it?

I will post links to UK suppliers.

I've just uploaded an outline into your gallery, take a quick look. This is based upon a standard shield template but done to your measurements. Looking at yours in appears slightly different shape but I've found one that may be closer.

Were the frame outlines no good?

jennywren

the frame was slight smaller than I needed I made it bigger but when I went to layer it it was two and half of inches smaller. but unlayered it was the right size and having a long day I did the best I could. Any ideas how I made it smaller by flatten it.

It prob had an invisible layer around it, I just posted them ther quickly to get an idea what you wanted.

Let me know if you need something better and I will sort it.
