Unlocking a mobile phone

Anyone know any 'reputable' websites that offer unlock codes. I know there are loads out there and I've used a couple in the past with success but this was some time ago.

Need to unlock a Nokia E63 for someone, it's on 3 and needs to work on Voda.

Ran it through but they don't do the E63 I'm afraid :-(
