We have a Brother 3 head embroidery machine.

It's taken years to learn how to do our own digitising and pattern creations but we're getting there :)

More HERE (http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v111/datasafe/Embroidery/?start=all) - not all for sale of course!

I wish I could get my hands on them but as metal badges. I could sell them.
I'll bear you in mind for the future though as I'm getting bored of being e-mail bombed by Golden Finishes.

We used Golden Finishes in the early days, they're just 15 miles down the M4 from us. We also used a guy in the States even for the most simple of designs.

When we got our first machine, I knew absolutely nothing about embroidery and I mean, NOTHING.

We do have a special print that allows us to print metals to vinyl and allso metal film.

We could have a DSF shop.....but then again we can all print so we may as well just have templates that you can download to print your own mug etc! ;-)

I can't get my head round that, how does it work ?

Do you do the heat applied badges with embroidery as well ?

Dave

Yhe print process involves lots of jeat and pressure. The vinyl is fused with very thin coloured foils or very thin metal foils.

Here's some of the metals to give you some idea.

This is a shirt we did for Silverstone - it's probably difficult to see but the SILVER in SILVERSTONE is metallic :)
