Hi martin
Missed your 16.15 deadline for follow up call
Printed out the 1st design on printer & it the dark grey background was green & sublimated onto mug with no colour adjustment by sublimation process.
Printed through powerdriver like you showed me but no luck - any ideas wots gone amiss??
Regards joel
Hi Joel,
As you're using Photoshop then I'd suggest you configure this with the ICC profile as per the instructions on the CD (pdf files) and see if that gives you a better result. Without an indepth conversation with screens up and checking all settings then I can't see what the issue may be with the PowerDriver software. Configure with ICC profile and/ or double check the PowerDriver settings and make sure you get a perfect nozzle print to ensure all is fine with the printer.

If you're still struggling just let me know, i use PS7 with the e3300 and it's the best, only problem is, there are too many people using too many different set ups, i use the Conde icc and TMT paper, results are far better than my old 1290.
Trouble is, it's easy to buy the set up, but harder to get it 100%, that's where the back up comes in.
Good luck

hey Xpert
Thanks for the offer of help - not tried the ICC profiles yet but was hoping powerdriver would get me sorted
any chance of a over the phone tutorial? my number is 07747442912/ 01633 871608
am using ricoh 3300n & truepix paper - my results are perfect, just powerdriver not printing colour matches to my old set up
which is a b40w, easyflow & artanium sub ink
thanks
joel
