B1100 printing horizontal lines across prints when printing cyan..have done head cleans and head aligament and reprimed the cyan just incase but it was perfect with no air coming through at all. View scan of nozzle check below and to me the cyan lines look smudged as if a head problem..Has anyone any ideas on this please as have alot of large prints to get out over the weekend and these things always seem to happen on a Friday evening...lol..Thanks

have you got original carts to have a go? or subli is only that you have??? coz if you got some normal ink you would check that way.
Thanks Paul..will give it a try to see...
last time on my B1100 I had very bad black nozzle print. but only one black. other black was perfect. I clean printer head few times with no luck. then decided to check with normal ink. saddly black come out perfect :) so it was black cart faulty. stright on ebay and couple of days later had new black cart ready to print :P
original carts in Paul and still the same..not looking good..
clean the heads 2wice... if still this same I think you need to use head clening solution.
Martins on the Job Paul...have done a couple of cleans and will leave till morning and try again...First time i have not a A3+ backup..

Unfortunately I have the same problem with my d88, always happens at the wrong time :(
Mandy i had this probs on my d88
i lightly spayed a 220gsm photopaper with a window cleaner and then printed an image.
This worked for me
Thanks Nash i'll give that a go, our wideformat was much easier to solve than this one.
I won't be able to do it until Monday as I am in the shop on my own. I'll let you know if it works, fingers crossed.
Heads gone in printer after only 5 months.. back with epson..
Just to let you know Nash that I tried the window cleaner this morn and it's working fine now. Cheers :D
