Does anyone here put photos onto cotton/canvas shopping/tote bags such as the Magic Touch one which is about £2.00?

I have been asked to do one but of course I can't use sublimation on such a bag. If any one stocks such a bag and can put a photo on it would be great to hear from you with a price and then i'll let my customer know.

Hi

we do tote bags but don't know if it is what you are looking for. Ours aren't the magic touch ones.

The ones we use have black handles. Below is the pic and info from our website on it.

http://i85.servimg.com/u/f85/14/55/51/92/tote_b11.jpg (http://www.servimg.com/image_preview.php?i=2&u=14555192)

Your own photo and any wording you choose can be printed to create a very individual tote bag.

Your pictures could be of family, friends, pets, unusual picture or a breathtaking view you'll always remember. You can have a different photo on each side.

Rolls up small for you to keep in your handbag or car for any extra shopping you may need.

Great for so many uses - carrying baby's stuff when travelling, for sewing & knitting projects, for laundry, advertising your own business - the list is endless!

Washable, reuseable and made unique with your own photo.

These are white with black handles and fully printable in the white fabric.

Approx Size: 38 x 43cm with a 10cm gusset.

Price: £3.99

Let me know if this is going to be suitable for you.

Thanks for that, is it a poyester one?
My customer was hoping for a cotton type so it would have to be laser printed.

Ok thanks ever so much, i'll give her a call to see if she definatley wants cotton or if something else will be ok.

I don't need any subli stock at all so it's not worth me ordering the one item.
If she is ok with this what will the postage be?

You do know that you can heat transfer a white cotton base with normal pigment inks AJLA?
Anyone have a supplier of 100% cotton tote bags under the £2 mark at all?

Unfortunately Paul I dont have pigment inks. I recently received xpres samples to print but can't use them

I pay .40p for my totes, they are naturalas opposed to white tho so I don't know how they would look with a photo on.

Thanks for the offer John G but I do need a photo on, just for future reference would you mind sending me a pm with costings, as it is something I have thought of looking into rather than me using vinyl on mine.

Have you got a piccy to share with us all pease?
The bags I bought, whilst cheap, are thinner than I thought they would have been. Almost as thin as an asda 5p bag :D
You get what you pay for I suppose but as they were the first ones i have bought inbulk I don'tknow if they are the right ones or not.

my cotton ones? god i'm having a bad day! :( Time to go home for a grande ole glass of vino me thinks.

If you do mean mine I can post a pic on Mon as I have no images loaded onto this pc, alternatively have a look at my site where you'll find a description. They certainly are not heavy duty bags but are adequate and sell very well. I have seen nice thick ones around tho so they do exist
