I like to keep an eye on other sellers on ebay to make sure I don't undercut others and lower value and I found the following accounts, all based in Essex with the same/similar descriptions for each item (pretty sure its all the same person):

https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/barmugman
https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/leemugstop
https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/kasemart2022

I was wondering how they get away with all that copyright abuse, especially the Disney stuff

I wouldn't have thought the disclaimer "THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE" would hold up very well in court

You can always "report this item". Perhaps the more that do against a seller pushes eBay to close their account if upheld.

Well people do get done for it and occasionally it makes the news.
If they are completely moronic then they won't have done anything out of the ordinary when doing it.
If they have put in some effort to hide themselves from the authorities then I would think the addresses would be false, the PayPal accounts verified with top cards (or other assorted dodgy methods) and all run from virtual machines using VPNs. Moving the money from the PayPal accounts to their pockets via bitcoin at a guess, I believe I read that money converted to bitcoin is hard to trace but I could very well be wrong. Doing all of that doesn't mean they still won't get caught though; pedos, hackers and online drug dealers etc will do similar things and they still get caught.
