Hi all

If someone wanted vinyl heated onto a polo shirt, what is the best way to do it? obviously some polos have that texture to them, and i can only assume that vinyl will not work, or if it does, not look great??

so i would need a polo shirt that was not textured. anyone know of any? you can't always tell online :frown:

thanks

Can't say I've had any problems - put vinyl onto various garments.

Flock does look quite nice though.

Vinyl onto polo shirts is no problem. The vinyl is thin enough to mould to any texture that a pique fabric will have. If printing onto a 100% polyester performance/technical fabric polo you will probably need a dye block vinyl to stop dye migration.

ah, okay, i thought the vinyl might disappear into the texture! thank you for the info =D

Applied correctly the vinyl should slightly show the weave of the fabric.
