Vinyl removing spray?

When I started in this business many years ago , I bought a spray of a product that helps remove vinyl from t.shirts. I cannot find it and need a can to help me remove some vinyl from an expensive jacket.
Does anybody know of a product that can do this?

there are a few about including one from Xpress, (xp2029)
or from MDP (garment vinyl removal sprey) - they also do a vinyl remover liquid that is brutal
BUT - they don't always work .......
123 just doesn't shift, and regular premium vinyl sometimes / often leaves a residue.

Finally, option to but a high pressure sprey gun and use screen print removal fluid.

All very nasty chemicals, we only use in extreme situations, outside!
