I find in the winter it leaves tracks, being colder it takes a little longer to dry, I switch of fast print and that helps

Jetcol papers can cause track marks as the ink takes a while to dry. Rollers might have picked up ink when printing onto Jetcol and this is being transposed to Trupix. Can you print a few sheets of blank papers using normal paper to get rid of any ink on rollers. Try what jennywren says as well.

I only got the track marks when I had a design which was crest placed in the middle and both sides, never a full picture covering the whole of the mug when it was damp and I could print with fast print, really weird, If I have a order where it more white than picture, I place a lamp by the printer half a hour before I print, sometimes till I printed the mug you couldn't see the track marks, but now taken these silly precautions it is only once in blue moon it happens. I feel your frustrations.
