Deleting Messages

Is there a way to delete messages in bulk without deleting all of them?

I need to go in to each message to delete them otherwise.

yes if you tick the box to the right of the message then scroll right down to the bottom there's a drop down box 'selected messages'

click it and select
'delete' :)
