craft robo and a printer conflicting

Hi,
I installed a printer on my computer and ever since this the craft robo won't work - having a panic as i need to finish some things off.
I don't get it as its on a different usb the other printer is turned off - baffled
The craft robo makes his little waking up noise when you go to the output panel just comes up with an error when you press cut :(

Hve you checked the port settings for both items?

thanks, yes the robo is on usb1 and the printer usb3 and they are saying that in the settings - the robo was a troublesome devil to set up in the first place :( i don't understand why it won't allow any other printer on there.

Might be worth re-installing the robo drivers again? Just a thought...
