No doubt this will cause a lot of variations, but what do you reckon a mug costs you to print if you used a full size design. I work on an average of 60p (taking into account the amount of mugs with just names and small logo's

I use a Ricoh 3300

I would say full wrap mug with my B1100 and ink + texprint paper cost about 20p or less.

Is that with Sawgrass ink Paul and just 1 mug per sheet?

no. I counted 4 full wraps per sheet. I use US legal size texprint. no sawgrass inks.

If it's not Sawgrass ink it probably is quite a bit cheaper. I think most people guess at too high a price per mug even with sawgrass ink. Mulitple mugs per sheet always helps though.
