So is the PPP forum finished?

This is what I get when trying to access the site!

It's been like that for at least a couple of weeks -

http://dyesubforum.co.uk/new-member-introductions-f5/helloagain-t200.htm

It's nice that everyone was kept informed (again) - not! (again).

The website is still linked to on the front page of http://www.sublisupplies.com/ - and if they don't know enough to remove the dead link after a fortnight, then that's probably why everyone else is just as clueless.

I'm sure that, just like last time, PPP will resurface under a new name with the owners saying, just like last time, that "everyone knew already" when, just like last time, clearly no one did.

Oh well. Good job we have this forum.

When PPP first went t*ts-up I thought Kevin treated the members disgracefully.

He was approached by a few members offering to take the forum on. Kevin in his wisdom decides it's better left in the hands of a 'life coach' or some other utterly meaningless non descript person. Excuse me a mo, I feel overcome with that feeling of sickness http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/kopfschuettel.gif

Just threw up, feel better now ;)

Then of course we had all the verbal diarrhea and cliches I usually associate with, ummmm, well, oh! Life Coaches (and similar ilk) as it happens.

Promises, pledges, financial support and then ....... same-o, same-o. I'm glad I got out when I did.

I hope Kevin & his new life coach all the best for the future.

Got to admit that I've never understood what a "life coach" is.

It implies someone who coaches you about life - but, until they reach the end of their life (i.e., they're dead), how can they possibly know enough about life to coach someone else about it?

Maybe I'm just too old-fashioned. Life is just something to be tolerated until you find something better to do with your time... :D

Yep Paul I offered too, although Kevin and I never saw eye to eye towards the end after I asked too many questions before jumping in with this local distributor idea thing he was trying to do.

It's life again! but there is no change at all! I did not noticed any change in graphic and script... tbh I thought thats why they "switch this site off..." to upload new scripts etc...

It seems the contempt they'd shown to the members of that forum, the very same people who made the forum good, has come home to roost. Since the site has been back, hardly one post has been made.

:D
