Hi
I've never done the dunking thing before with mugs.
Now I've switched to a press from the mug oven I thought I start doing it as it seems the generally recommended method.
Is it better to peel the paper then dunk or dunk then peel?
Thanks
Mark

Works both ways but I find it less messy peeling first, just watch your finger tips!

Thanks, that's what I've been doing.
Thought dunking then peeling may stop the subli process a bit quicker is all.
I'm pretty adept at avoiding the burnt finger syndrome :)

I dunk then peel.... I have also learned how to avoid the burnt finger syndrome...now!

I dunk then peel as it cools the mug off enough to get the paper off without burning my fingers.

i never thought about it before
i used to peel and let cool naturally
but after a previous post about it i now peel and dunk but am very careful of burnt fingers
i'll have to try dunk and peel next time i do a mug
haha dunk and peel sounds like a quick TV dinner lol
used to dunk but dont bother anymore. They dont take long to cool and its one less job of wiping dry..
I dunk then peel, got fed up burning my fingers, lol

Rarely do we get designs we need to dunk or cool. It tends to be bold colours on a lot of white if any issue does occur.
Peel and then cool with a fan (from the south your southern softies all look north to me.)
