Good morning

I brought a mug press & I can't use mug press paper but I tried with t-shirt press paper and it works. Could Anyone Tell Me How To Do It With Mug Press Paper ?

Thanks very much for you help.

What paper are you trying to use as "mug press paper"? What happens when you try to print with it? The paper used in sublimation is just carrier paper and different ones give slightly different results but all should print on every item.

is it possible you are printing on the wrong side of the paper ?? some of the mug papers look almost identical on both sides

Good evening

I tried Premium Sublimation Paper for Mug Press and sublimation paper and when I printed with them nothing goes on the mug.
I tried the two side but it is still the same.
Then I tried with tee shirt heat press paper and it works even though its not for it.

I'm confused, have you got 1 paper for mugs and one paper for t-shirts.

Can we go back to basics, which paper did you get and where from ?

I got a mug press and a tee shirt press,Premium Sublimation Paper for Mug Press from Coralgraph and sublimation paper from lovecut.

You are using sublimation inks aren't you?

They aren't sublimation mugs then seems the obvious answer. Where did you get them from?

I'd have to agree with general consensus here, as well - it sounds like either your ink or your mugs (or maybe both?) aren't actually intended for dyes sublimation. Let us know which inks you have and where your mugs are coming from and I'm sure there will be a fairly simple answer to your problem.

I think we need to get back to basics - can you answer the following questions as follows:
1. What printer do you have - make and model
2. What inks are you using - any brand name or details from your purchase invoice from your supplier
3. What mugs are you using - I think these are from Lovecut? Please confirm.
4. What temperature and what time do you set your mug press for when pressing a mug in it?

Once we have answers to these 4 questions we may make a step further to helping you.
