Hi

I'm just starting to look at doing some tshirts and was wondering about the sublimation Tshirts from BMS - http://www.printerowners.co.uk/sublimation/168/xpres-adult-white-sublimation-t-shirts.htm - but I wanted to ask a few questions before I started and I was looking to see if anyone could point me in the right direction before wasting several blanks.

1. If I'm looking to do a full colour tshirt but wanted the collar to remain white - how would I go about this? Say for example this image - http://imgusr.tradekey.com/images/uploadedimages/offers/2/6/sell-cotton-t-shirt-sublimation-t-shirt-design-t-shirt-eueco_B4415689-20100816091426.jpg - but keeping the collar white instead of having it bleed into the collar area?

2. Would I need to put anything inside the tshirt to stop the image bleeding through to the back of the tshirt and if so would it have to be discarded after each print - ie if I put a silicon sheet inside the tshirt would the image bleed through on to that and if I then put that silicon sheet in another tshirt wouldnt the faint image transfer through to the next tshirt or would I put something in like a sheet of paper and throw that sheet of paper away?

Thanks

Just about impossible, you'd need to do that before the shirt is made up, as in just print onto flat fabric. You'd also need a massive heat press.

yep i agree, with john, that would be printed onto plain flat material and then made up into the t shirt
