Hi guys

I'm not renowned for my artisic prowess :)

I want to design a shirt with the following image printed on front or back. I know the font is wrong and would like some ideas on how I can make the whole thing better. It's a Welsh thing

502

I have the file in PSD format

Think its more about the pic than the font - attached my effort!

its odd, but just turning the sheep (no innuendo suggested) makes a difference, heads to the right looks better but maybe the image on a plate lol

how about my design?..

;)

btw..I'm Welsh too..

back to your image tho, personally you're going to have to find a higher res version if you can.. as you say font is all wrong. I would agree with flipping the image also. As for design, with the sheep's head sticking out so to speak it makes straight text difficult above the image. With the image flipped you can drop in some styled text without it looking odd(club/nightlife based) and then add your sunday lunch(traditional/pub style graphic)
There may be a lot going on then but if you get it right it could work..

Here you go John, just a slant on your original, tried pushing up the resolution but not good enough and I don't own the Genuine fractuals plug in.
Might give you some ideas, might not.

On second thoughts, I should have done all of the text in capitals to make it easier on the eye.

Hahahahaha, thanks for the ideas. Certainly food for thought!

I'm not sure how the image will print - I'll post a picture of the result.

try basing your text around this sort of thing:

:)

I have some software that can increase the image size fairly well, I'll give it a try later. Did you just grab the image from google? seems like there's only ones with low quality but I'll see what happens..
