The colour will look dull on paper - they have to be pressed onto a mug or other sub item to come to life

Sorry, just read your post again - what equipment are you using, paper, times and temp please.

bought the paper and cups from BMS and following times and temp from their website, the images i print out are a bit flat of colour .... just to quantify , i do print on the darkest side of the paper ?

they just dont seem dark enough

I made the mistake of printing on the dark side of the paper when I did my first ones a few weeks ago. It should be the bright side of the paper. When I printed on the wrong side, they still got onto my mugs, but not sparkling colours.

If the 3300 is the same as the ricoh 5050n you put the white side down in the tray.

If this was bought from BMS all instructions should come with the printer!

unfortunately the printer wasn't .... bms couldn't have been more helpful

You are using sublimation inks (Sublijet-R)

Going back to your 1st post - you had trouble installing the powerdriver - if you are using the right paper, inks, mugs, time and temp I think it boils down to the powerdriver not being installed properly.
