i gather the gallery is blocked to guests?

if so what i think Paul is saying that if we just add our stuff within a normal post then guests can see them and think, 'oh i like them :)

sorry if i'm wrong :~ lol

I reckon that sounds good - now someone just needs to start the thread and blow their trumpet!!!!

I was chuffed to bits recently when i received a phone call from my sis saying there was someone in a group on the pyramid stage at glastonbury wearing one of my shirts!!!
I also love it when we go to an event and spot our shirts, all the familly and friends are even doing it now, I get calls n txt messages... there's one in the gym a facebook image from someone in OZ ( not the girl wearing the red shoe OZ by the way) It does give you a buzz. I keep telling my customers when they say such things as these are going on a bike tour of europe, these will be on tv's total wipeout that i'm going to start a gallery. Must pull my finger out when my 7 day working week season ends.

This is a good idea but I think we need to integrate it into the existing (and under used) Gallery feature. It might be better to have all pictures in your own Albums and then have thumbnail links to the full size pics?

well. I dont think any one will look in the gallery. I did only once monts a go :) in the tread you can see if there any new posts etc... also you can get some comments from members. also is good if it stay public. my pov.

Not disagreeing with any of that, just saying the pics could be uploaded into the Gallery to keep everything clean, you can continue the thread as you have done but have links, thumbnails ideally to the images. Comments can be left but members could go straight to your/other albums in the Gallery rather than trawl through what will become a very long thread.

Is the gallery section open to anyone, or is it members only?

Justin

At the moment it's registered users only.

I eventually got into the gallery - my internet connection is abysmal and :frown: not much to inspire me there. Although I do now see the importance of ink profiles after looking at Micks mugs. Why all the commercial pictures from a company that doesn't seem to participate or advertise on here?
So who's going to put their mug up ugly or otherwise?!?

I got some pin button badges on the local BBC news yesterday - 1000 off with different slogans for save our school etc. Rush job, ordered and completed within a few days.

5.54 minutes in - sorry I don't know how to crop it to the 6 min mark.
