I have a Workforce 30 with a CISS unit . javascript:emoticonp('http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/fresse.png')
My problem is that although all cartridges are full of ink,,the magenta shows as empty.javascript:emoticonp(':shock:') I've removed the cartridge and loaded it back in a number of times but still have the same issues.javascript:emoticonp('http://illiweb.com/fa/i/smiles/icon_cyclops.gif')
Can it be a chip set problem javascript:emoticonp(':?:')?.

Have you tried putting an original cart in and then swapping over? Can the chips you have be swapped between carts?

No I haven't got another cartridge for it,,i purchased the printer with the CISS . I don't think the chips can be switched either.

Sounds like you need to get a replacement magenta chip if this is faulty. Supplier of CIS should be able to supply.
