My printer just won't print, it printed out its test paper that's built in, but when i send a job to the printer nothing, it just sits there and does nothing. I know its something so simple but what,

Sounds like the problem lies between the computer and printer - cable not connected, port set incorrectly (e.g. LAN not USB), or problem with USB port or LAN port.

what printer have you got?
there are so many drivers out there, some only partially work, I suggest you install a new driver and have another go with that one, just try doing the same thing slightly different ....

Is it a new printer? if so have you installed the correct drivers for xp / win7 etc. and is it compatable with the platform your using?

Is there enough memory installed in the printer to cope with the file? Used to get this when mine only had 32Mb in it.

Are you using a usb hub? I find I have to unplug other devices (printers) to be able to use my cutter. Worth a thought.

You may want to check if the printer is connected properly to the computer. Also, make sure that you have installed the correct driver.
