Does anybody know when you do a sew out when its after its been digitized, and your happy with the results, how do you turn the sew out so it becomes a picture that you can email it to the customer, so they can see it in the embroidery form. Hope this makes sense

I outsource it as well and it comes back with a image but their sew out is loose and sometimes we change the colour, there has to be a way of doing it.

Embird can do this, but remember it's only a simulation not a true image. Wilcom Truesiser will also do this, it is a free download from the Wilcom site.

I've done a couple of simple ones with a couple of colours it was fine, but when I did a more complex one the colours ( gold turned bright orange ) most of the colours changed, is there any way of putting the colours right, other wise the customers will think that's how it is

hI Jennywren,
As draig said at the end of the day the visual you get on most of these embroidery programs is just a rough visual to let your customer see the final result it will never give you a true image like the final stitch out I use APS ETHOS which i think is on a par to wilcom and even my visuals are not like seeing the real thing what software are you using

Regards,

Sammy

I understand, I was hoping that I could use these to show on our web site but it looks like its not possible , but for sending it on a email its ideal, back to the drawing board

Jenny, if your colours are changing when "Capture the design as bitmap" within your own program , have you tried doing a screen capture of the whole screen and then cropping the picture in Paint, to just the design. ( Screen capture is on your keyboard) . You should get whats on screen and in the right colours.

Ah, its a laptop your using. I have no idea where screen capture is on one of those.
Ive tried it on my PC and it works ok. After you crop it you can paste it into Thunderbird and send from there.

Sure! i am agree with you Earl smith. I also use print screen button for different usage and it work good. But some time when i print and past it in paint after crop when i save it in jpeg file then it show me blank preview. I have tried to find this problem but all in vain. Now i use screen capture software. but it is lil bit difficult. Have face any problem like this?

Hi Edward.
Never had a problem with any computer or versions of Windows. Screen capture and then paste into Paint or Corel Draw. Then I save it and if I have to crop and print it, I work with the saved image. Never had any problems.
