Let me know what you need and we may have something suitable. We're waiting for a new supplier to deliver a new batch to us very soon. What mug is it for?

I use this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/X-Large-Silicone-Baking-Sheet-Work-Mat-Oven-Tray-Liner-Work-Top-Protector-/300671891541?pt=UK_HomeGarden_Kitchen_Cookware_GL&var=&hash=item460170f855#ht_1402wt_1110
and is MASSIVE! you can cut it to different sizes for your mugs etc... I got couple that i use with slates and smaller mugs that wont fit in my press. Is great as is soft and flat (no pattern at all!)

This is where I got mine from ages ago (before BMS sold it): http://www.listawoodtradesupplies.com/item.php?id=HP8001

They also do a thicker 5mm version for a little more.

I followed Paul's advice when he mentioned this a week or so back, and I ordered 2 sheets. Each sheet is bigger than the A3 platen on my Xpres heatpress.

@bms, its for the smaller than standard size mugs (think they were called sparta style) .. they have a curved out lip that does'nt go in the press so i figured i could pad it out to make it fit centrally in the press instead of it hanging out the end !

@Paul, JSR, & JackB, many thanks those sound just the job..

Do the mugs need a bit longer in the press with this wrapped around em ?

regards
Neil

Yes. More temp and time. I do them with settings: 190c and 300sec.
