Am needing to source some high temperature grease for lubrication of the mechanisms of an Insta heat press. Looking on Ebay there seems to be a few different kinds available. Can anyone recommend what would be a good one to use?

It is for the opening closing mechanism which seems a little sticky, and the mechanism for adjusting the height/pressure of the plate.

Thanks

I would have thought copper grease from any motor factors place like Halfords would do the job.

We have used 'super lube' from the US for the oven Cactus Wraps which is recommended and withstands high temps.

Copper Grease bought yesterday, and applied this afternoon. All the moving bits are now moving properly again - which is nice. now to try and solve the electrical problem! ... turn it on, and it says "prob" (I guess for problem, as it beeps loudly too) and then it reports random temperatures above 100C jumping around. It is heating up, so am guessing a thermostat/temp controller problem somewhere. The heating relay is clicking on and off, depending on what temp it thinks it's at.
