Buying a press was the best investement I've ever made. Am innundated with orders! Question - can I just print a mug and put another in straight away and then the next and the next and the next or should I be turning the machine off after every mug?
TIA

Dave, I use mine on large orders where I put one mug in straight after one that is done. However I do give my press a rest for about 15 minutes after I've been using it for 1 hour.

Thanks Ian. Puts my mind at rest - and I don't need too much encouragement to take a fag break:)

when we get big orders we just use them non stop all day.
what is the worst that can happen ? - a new blanket for £45 ?
If you are really busy you should get a second press, - or at least have a spare blanket.
Blankets are suppose to be good for about 1000 mugs - we usually get more.....
Have your smoke while you press, not instead of .....

I agree and whats more I am glad you posted that logobear because we have printing with the same blanket since we started 4 years ago on both mug presses and they both work fine (now I've said it) and never changed them. I read somewhere they reckon 300 mugs and they are done.
