Hi guys

Printed a few Steadman Classic t-shirts this afternoon and I'm impressed with the final print quality.

Had a quick browse of my suppliers but can't find any that sell Steadman Classic!

Any ideas?

Cheers

John

Hi John (hope the DTG is going well buddy)?

I thought BTC or Ralawise were doing them but no more (could have sworn they did though?)

A quick search on google brought back QTag - not sure if the prices are good though as these prices are open to the public:

Thanks Adam.

I was surprised that none of our suppliers sold them - Prestige, BTC, RalaWise, PAG .....

QTAG don't seem to have the classic but cottonprint do. I'll need to discover their carton price as the advertised is a bit to hig :(

DTG is very busy and I have a 2nd on order! Like all good things, I can't afford any downtime.

Cheers

John

Absolute Apparel have them (http://absoluteapparel.co.uk/BrowseCategories/cat/Tees+-+Basic) and I must say I do prefer the Steadman to almost anything else quality wise.

what kind of DTG did you get? Am looking at one myself at the moment.

OH DEAR!

Looks like I'm going to have venom coming from my pores when John starts putting up more pictures of his latest DTG prints - jealousy is not the word! (lol)

On a serious note, phoenixalpha (http://www.dyesubforum.co.uk/vbforum/member.php?290-phoenixalpha) have you not seen the images of prints John has done? ................. they are quality!

BTC stopped doing them a while ago.

Supply became very hit and miss when there was the earthqauke in wherever it was (I can not for the life of me remember where it was).

I think this is why BTC and others dropped them.

Yep I've been following this closely and was wondering if the second one would be the same as the first as there have been many hills and valleys in John's DTG experience :)

Thanks for the links guys.

The best shirt available for DTG in the UK is Anvil Red Label A980 BUT, they have to come from Germany through one single UK distributor!

I find the Steadman Classic to be very similar to the Anvil so it's down to price & availability and maybe if the tag can be pulled out as is the case with the Anvils. We're just starting to do re-labelling!

Yup the 2nd printer is also a NeoFlex and that's not just because Ive got to know it, but also because it's the best out there. I've been to FESPA in Germany two years on the trot and last year Barcelona. I looked at all the latest offerings and not one came anywhare close to the NeoFlex! The combination of the NeoFlex and NeoRip Pro software is unbeatable just now.
