If you look at the item description it says
Personalise this fully licensed Manchester United FC mug so they are not breaking the copyright. If anyone produces such items as this without permission then they are breaking copyright laws & would be open to any legal action taken against them.

so they have permission to sell these items from the clubs?

Most football clubs have licensing agreements you can apply for.

Interestingly, quite a few of the products in their ebay shop are identical or very similar to those on gettingpersonal.

koolart do the football club shirts on a mug licence (and darts, rugby ect)
