We use David Sharp - compared to others the output is excellent and provides good value @ £15/logo.

We recently tried an exhibitor from printware and prmotion show and it took 4 re-works to get the logo to sew out properly and was a real ball ache so we shant be using them again!

Ive used these guys for the last 5 years http://dev.netdigitizing.co.uk/
Never, ever had problems and very quick. Digitising comes in the file formate of your choice and DST. Plus a breakdown of stitch count for each colour and the colour number of Madeiras thread they used for the sewout.
Price is slightly higher than the previous post but that gets passed on to the customer anyways and the quality is always there.

I've been using NetDigitizing too for the past couple of years. Can't fault them on quality or speed and I thought price was pretty good at £10+V@. We charge £12+V@ for digitizing/setup as this allows for some time and energy working out the colours and positioning - even though NetDigitizing show the Madeira thread numbers they've used, they don't always resemble the original logo colours so it does usually still need some work. Had one today for a baker that used 5 shades of brown, 4 quite light - exhausted all shades in stock so had an unplanned trip to hobbycraft... a dangerous and place indeed! I always feel I've achieved something if I escape without a starter kit in cake decorating, jam making books, a train set or a make-your-own Piñata!!

I had a really bad experience with netDigitizing, they handled it soo badley, they refused to do business with me ever again ! - call that customer service !
We mostly use http://www.digitizingmart.com/
£12 a job zero vat, back next day, occasionally 2 days (so thats the same as £10 + vat)
We charge £25 anyhow.
I really like them because the project comes back zipped with .jpg photo, PDF for client but with thread colours etc, plus EMB and .DSF formats.
Any issue is redone in a few hours.
Not tried any of the co that do them for £8, or even £5 each !
We get spam every day offering cheaper and cheaper digitizing.....

Its strange , some of us have luck with digitisers and some not. I tried an American last year whom I found on an American embroidery forum. He was OK but no where near as good as netdigitising.
Ive been tempted to try http://www.digitisingmart.de/ and now logobear has recommended them , maybe Ill give them a try next job I get in.
