please can someone vectorize this for me?

I have done a little design for my dad, he is a dog breeder and wants a small logo printed on a tshirt, the logo is attached, ive ran it through vecor magic and it doesnt look great ive also used all of the options on inkscape to se if that will work but it distorts the text somewhat, please could someone be a big help and use their expertise to vectorize it for me or even help me tidy it up for printing on transfer as the text is quite pixilated.
