I check all drivers. all fine. uninstal corel and install again and problem still exist :( I am sure this is something to do with buffor, but what? my files r very little so there is no huge amount of memory used.

Hi Paul,
My CR does it all the time, I checked up on it and read somewhere that it is normal, it just means it is either cooling a bit or processing the info before carrying on with cutting.
Don't worry
Ray :)
This tends to happen when the cut job is very complex. Try using the robo master software to cut a simple bit of text and it should do this quickly. If the output from Corel is taking time then I suspect the cut lines are very complicated (they might not have vectorised into smooth lines, but have lots of jagged edges causing the cutter to have to process the information and hence slow down).
HI! thanks you for that! but this is strange. as my vector is very simple to cut. and it stars just couple of days a go. never hapened before.
any way it may be something to do with my laptop as my hard drive is preety full up now and laptop slowed down.
I had this problem and was told the craft robo doesn't have enough memory to work with other software without re processing every so often but if you cut using the robo master software that comes with the cutter this doesn't happen.
thanks for that. ihave new problem now. every circle i ccut, every curve is not finished. is always 1mm gap. never had that before. any advice?

From the Robo Master Software? How old is your Craft Robo?
I try from corel and illustrator. both this same. my CR is about 2yr old but Icuted maybe 15m worth vinyl. hardly used. I already changed the blade.

In the Robo Cutting Window.........turn the speed down. This helped when my Robo was stop/starting all the time. The small memory of the Robo cannot handle all the information being thrown at it! Spoon feed the baby!
I hope this helps, it did with mine.
Phil
If the Robo is less than 2 years old then it's still within warranty from Graphtec (if you registered it for the free 2nd year warranty). Give them a call on 01978 666700 - their technical team are usually very good with their machines.
problem is that I did't martin :( I bought it second hand :(
