Printing on Hi Viz Jackets

Ok this could be a daft question, but BMS have some hi viz that say can be done with sublimation. My question is I thought the background had to be white for this process? Or is there a big white patch on the back?

I was just going to do embroidery on them, but having just seen these I thought that maybe that could be a good idea. The print is just a black design, so would this be ok? Anyone tried these?

if is only blavk then you can sublimate on ANY hi viz jacket. and you dont need white area ;)

Thanks for that Paul, think this may be a quicker and cheaper way of doing it. 8-)
