we are currently looking at purchasing a 4 colour 4 bed carousel, this doesn't work on micro registrations. How important is this?

Would you consider a unit without this?

As long as the carousel clamps are tight and when the screen is down in the print position theres no play it'll be fine. Micro registration is for adjusting the screens a little when setting up - you don't need it, none of my carousels I've worked on have it.

Cheers John

Well we've gone and done it!!!

We will soon be in the world of screen printing.
Dad managed to get the whole caboodle... 6 colour carousel, tunnel dryer etc (although in 2 different lots) and we hope to arrange collection this week.

Good job I stared watching the dvd Paul, just have to finish it now ;)

Will try and post some pics later.
Oh and by the way... here come the questions i'm sure.

Hi Mandy, If you still have that DVD and would be prepared to lend it, I would love to watch it.

Hi Tony, I borrowed the DVD from Paul which I returned to him, I am pretty sure if he still has it he would help you out, he's really helpful like that.
