hi guys, not exactly great on Photoshop but was wondering if its possible to turn this image into a black stencil type image so i can cut out on vinyl, do not want any of the background , if this is done would also like full royalties to use as i please. thanks

very low quality image Dave. Not many details so not much can be done...
this is the most i could do.

realistically you'd probably need to use it as a template to draw around using a vector program (Illustrator or similar) and possibly a graphics tablet. You'd end up with something similar to Paul's trace, but with smoother lines, which could be put straight into cutting software.

Is this ok? I saved it in .eps, .ai, .svg, .emf, and .png. I probably could round it off or sharpen the contour a bit more.
