I have somehow changed a setting in the printer, how can I put it right, hope I can explain this, I need the printer for sub dye in the document section to come up with sRGBEC61966-2 ECT not rgb 1998, it tells me to set pull down menu but how :oops: where is it. I need a idiot guide please if possible. thanks everybody

Should be a drop down arrow to the right of the text. In some versions of PhotoShop Elements you have to use the up and down arrows as Adobe forgot ( :!: ) to include a scroll bar :!: :!: :!:

really sorry I must be thick as pigs poo ( sorry pigs) am I suppose to be looking in photo shop :oops: had a look is at the top and what does it say. really sorry but what part of text should I be pressing. might :roll: be easier if you pretend I'm 5

sorry sorry I knew I would confuse the hell out of you, the problem happens only when I use my a4 template for printing on but I have just noticed when I did a new a4 tenplate the numbers matched on the printer screen. I think the tenplate that I normal use comes out on rgb 1998, why is that. the new one I've done has the number that I want how. Sorry hope I have'nt driven you to drink.

Would it be just as easy to save the new template and put the change down to one of those wierd things computers do!

It was down to you that I found it so many thanks, I would have never found the nerve to fiddle all be that I found it by accident it, if you had not replied to my query. I have done what you've said and done a new template but would have like to know why it happen. Many thanks I am so :D :D :D :D

I think the rbg settings you refer to are in PhotoShop. Such options don't exist in the printer setup.
