I us the Printer Swagrass SG 400 whit PowerDrive v4. Have all applicable adjusted in Photoshop. Nevertheless, the final product is much darker, and I do not know why. We make 3D Phone Case I Tried it with different paper types but the image remains the same dark
For anyone to be able to help we will need to know...
Kit you are using
Inks you are using (probably Sawgrass considering the above but needs confirming)
Paper
Time and temp
Where the image came from and ideally a photograph of the final item
Then I am sure someone will be able to help.... hopefully

Ink: SubliJet HD
Paper: SignFos Hybrid-Sublimationspaper
Time: 170s Temperatur: 180c
Product: 3d Sublimation blank Mobile Phone Case
DesignSoftware: Photoshop Cs2
Picture: 300dpi and 1200dpi
On Computer Show good and on paper too but on the Case is very dark.
Custom ICC profile. We found PD4 to be rubbish.

You need to have one created for exactly your own set up to ensure perfect colour results. Paul does a great service for around £25. You pay, download colour charts and print two copies of each. Mail these to him and after a few days you will get ICC profile file to use when printing.

I was often told that the sawgrass SG400 no need icc profile . if I buy this profile and it is not going
If this is more than a hobby and you want accurate colour representation, even on the SG400 which we have as well purely for mugs, then you will need custom ICC profile. As stated before the PD4 wasn't very accurate.
but adjust the colors look good . I just only problems with the brightness on the product
