Mug Boxes
For us geeks then take a look at how smash proof mug boxes are made thanks to SubliBlanks:
https://subliblanks.com/products/100...nt=33803722502
Now it does look like a UK manufacturer (based on fire exit green sign, fire extinguishers and possible English being spoken).
I am amazed though that Coral Graph are selling EXACTLY the same 100 boxes cheaper as they offer free delivery. Coral Graph Total with VAT £29.99, Subli Blanks £31.80

These are the best mug boxes we find but each to their own of course.

Good post thanks.
Can I ask, are these the boxes you use rather than polystyrene and, if so, do they really stand up to the rigours of the posties/couriers?

Yes. We use these to post out single mug samples to clients and never had a breakage yet.

Do you use these suppliers for printed boxes GoonerGary? If so what are their prices like

I had them bookmarked, but decided against branding. I can use a plain white box for multiple products without giving away the contents for the gift recipient. Using the subliblanks box at the moment...nice finish on the box.

We also use Subliblanks boxes and we print clear labels on the Roland Versacamm with our logo on. That way they look like the box is printed on the top. Next best thing.

I have a sample being delivered tomorrow so I’ll let you know what the quality is like.
They quoted me 29p each printed with 1 colour.
32p for 2 colour print.
This price is for a pallet of 1800 boxes
