Complete newbie here and I cant get red to print correct. Seems orange everytime.

Red has always been hard to get right, even with a good profile. You need to darken the colour you use in your software. Instead of using 255,0,0 RGB values dry dropping down to 235,0,0, maybe even adding a bit of green and blue. It will be a case of trial and error to find a good setting that you can use with confidence.
Pressing for too long can also dull the colours giving an orange hue.
Agreed Sawgrass and Ricoh printers were always troublesome with red, especially 'pillar box' or 'London bus' reds. When we had our own inks made we ensured the red was as good as possible. Here's a link to our tests - https://www.dyesubforum.co.uk/vbforu...ht=subli-style
As PW66 said, darken the red in the software this is a quick fix for the red-orange issue :)
