Dye sublimation onto Vinyl

Hi

I am still new to Dye sublimation and Vinyl.

I have been watching a few american you tube videos and came across Easi Subli Vinyl.

Is this available in the UK?
Is it possible to use with a Sawgrass 800 and subli HD ink?
